I had to pull the ole misery whip off the wall of the cabin to finish bucking down some Jumbo Oak logs. These things are pretty large. We had to use 2 JD mid size tractors just to move them around and roll them. The guy that cut the trees down has a tree service and bigger saws lol.
If you look at the end cut. This guy can put a down a straight cut better than most people can cut a piece of sausage.
We still have about 9 or 10 logs left. We cut up the 3 footers and smaller earlier this year. We measured one of the bigger trunk bells, and it's 58 inches. 🤯😵😳

I probably need to point out that we're not cutting through the whole tree with the whip.
Just cutting through the center core that the chainsaw bar couldn't reach. In the first pic we did cut halfway through with the whip before admitting defeat and grabbing the husky and the Stihl again. ðŸ˜

Well your impressive manlyness just went down with that clarification
If I had oaks that large I’d be taking some to a sawmill.

Lol. I gotta agree with you. We went from a leading role on the next season of Ax Men, to a 30 second cameo appearance on Alaskan bush people. 😫
