So it was on my list to do before i start using the pellet stove, but while doing the siding i became concerned with how much accumulated debris i saw when i removed the cap on the exterior to put the siding on on.

In this 2-3ft section that sticks out horizontally from the cabin exterior, i prolly cleaned out half a gallon ice cream buckets worth of ash. There's a cleanout T directly behind the stove which i'm sure will be a PITA to access and whatnot. But i'm wondering how or what tool i should by to clean out the vertical section and the weird little bend i have before it goes outside. Do I get some extra footage of a shop vac hose and just turn it on and push it up as far as it will go? Or should i get a brush of sorts?

These pipes don't come apart easily. Took me a half hour just to get the cap off the exterior piece.

Ideas?

I didn't expect this much buildup. I think i only burned maybe 12-18 bags last year at most.

I made this to go on the end of the brush pole.
I used an air tool fitting and a scrap piece of metal. I too have a tee on the outside for easy disconnect for cleaning. With this, I can simply pull any ash to the outside, in a bag or a bucket hung on the pipe.
I made it the same shape as the pipe. That way I can clean top, sides, and bottom.
