So very sorry to hear, Steve. You have certainly been a huge help and encouragement to me and I feel fortunate to have been able to count you among my best forum friends.
I hope and pray you can get some peace from here on. I know for me that I was able to endure the hard times because of putting my faith and trust in Jesus Christ. 39 years on now and NEVER a regret in doing so.

I read your linked post ,it says your place was robbed and you have nobody to check it ,I am in Sudbury (you might be in our hospital ? ) I would be more than happy to go check and secure things for you .I think you are from my neck of the woods .

My mechanic went to drop something off and saw the storage tent. Blower generator+ all gone. Ariens blower two champion gensets. It's not something I can ask of him. Distance + more.

Honestly, it’s bone-chilling to realize that somebody capable of doing something so diabolical might be passing themselves off as human out there.

Good News sorta.
1) I'm out of the hospital as they have done what they can BUT will have to go in weekly for tests (cat scans +) and medication adjustments. They have me on some pretty heavy-duty antibiotics and more.
2) I am having to make some serious changes to my lifestyle, foods eaten and such to help manage this better & to control the pain and deterioration better. MAJOR Changes.
3) Considering when I was Diagnosed terminal with cancer, they gave me 5-7 years, I got a bit over 8 Years, so I guess that's good eh, how else can I look at it. Sadly this is NOT what I envisioned or thought, but ces't la vie.
Cabin & Solar Front.... NOTHING STOLEN ! PHEW !, my Mechanic saw the storage tent open and other odd things, so he told me and I assumed the worst at first... Seems "Someone" got very curious but I think that in their "explorations" they saw a few of the Video Cams (have several) - SNAP, you are on film ... AND yes, it WAS who I suspected.
Now to clear everything out, hire a contractor to finish a few things that MUST be done and finalize the revised Solar Setup (with a little help on that) which seems to have come available...
Priorities for next couple of days is getting meds & foods etc sorted and the primary critical stuff to keep out of Hospital.
I have a load of extra BMS' (Chargery's, JBD 4S & 8S), Relays, Various Active Balancers and a pile of stuff which I am going to drop REALLY CHEAP (Much is new too) hopefully to someone local that will drive out to Renfrew / Pembroke Ontario Canada. Major "Fire Sale" you may say. It's a LONG List that I will have to make up later.
That's the full update at this time.

Well folks. Here's a whallop of an update !
My recovery is progressing incredibly well after a few more specialists got involved. The multiple teams and their efforts have been beyond outstanding. In fact, I went for a walk yesterday... Non stop, a distance that I have not been able to do in over 3 years !. I can now take a full deep breath of air and my lung O2 level is sticking to 92-97% ... Prior I could reach 74% at best.
They brought in two specialists from out of province because my particular case was so complex, apparently this level of necrotizing pneumonia is extremely rare. They are writing it up for a medical journal.
Next, they have me on a trial for a new super antibiotic which I am responding to better than they hoped. Intravenous only and supposedly 3x stronger than anything else out there.
The cancer... Oi....
They decided to revisit all that massive mess as well. Well Holy Shit! Quite a bit is benign, some has slowed drastically but a couple are still hot (prostrate) for one. Terminal "EVENTUALLY" but chuck previous 5-7 year projections out the freakin door with a steel toe Boot.
Simply put... I AM IN SHOCK WITH ALL OF THIS... SO MUCH TO ABSORB. To believe even.... My goodness, since 2014 I've been thinking that I was dead in 5-7 years!!!!!!!!!!! WOW.
Last but not least... Yeah more !!!
It's 95% chance I'll be released to HOME this Friday ! I'm
What a 3 weeks +/- it's been. What an emotional, physical & mental whirlwind it's been.... And so much to absorb.
Well there it is.... Feel like passing out after writing this. "Overload".
