Hello everyone, I live in Canada and have four cabins on my property located on cinder blocks. The cabins range in size, 16x18', 16x20', 20x20' and 22x22'. They are well taken care of, have solid wood and floor joists underneath and are 8' to the eaves and approx. 14' in total height. I am trying to sell them and am wondering whether someone could even move them off the property in one piece? I do not know the power line height across the main roads, or whether someone would need to cut the roofs off to move them. Is this feasible for someone?

I think that regulations differ so much from area to area. Think it might be best to contact a house mover in your are area, and ask? Now that would be a great YouTube video. Stay safe, enjoy

Not sure where you are in Canada, but the requirements are quite different province to province. However, you will require permits, a registered route, a chase vehicle, ect ect..
As stated above, hiring a house moving company is your best bet. Be prepared for the price as it won't be cheap.

We just finished moving a 16'x24'. It certainly was not cheap, likely a lot cheaper in other areas with more options. It was still cheaper than building with new material.
Great job by our local crane company. no damage and none of the appliances moved inside. The building was moved 60kms with an escort by the power and phone company.
