Hi folks,
Looking for recommendations on a finish to use on a cedar top, pine frame table I made for my covered porch in Northeast PA. It shouldn't be directly exposed to rain and sun but will be damp for sure. May get hit with a little snow here and there.
Any thoughts?

If you want to use a clear coat that is truly clear, will not yellow, and has UV inhibitors have a look at Varathane exterior water based. Your choice of gloss, semi-gloss or satin. I like the satin but have a couple of slab wood shed doors I used gloss on to get the maxximum protection and am happy with those. but do prefer the satin for most stuff. No yellowing at all. Which some folks do not like as they like the yellowish oil(ed) varnished look.

From my experience, no on Tung Oil for exterior exposure to the elements.
