Thank you. Saint Johnsville. It has taken 22 years to get to this point. Done all work myself except for roof, my two boys helped with it.

Very nice cabins. I think that I went a little to big. The foundation was put in 22 yrs ago. I wanted room for Grandkids.

All the cabins look fantastic. Still dreaming about my cabin. Currently I have a camper on my land.
Fire18 i like the look of your cabin..... how big did you go? I currently am looking for some 24 x 24 plans. I too think I might someday have grandkids.

Great Cabins. I just purchased a camp in the Tug Hill area. I am a few miles east of Boylston. Our camp needs a lot of work to catch up to you guys.

Hmmm, I was thinking of the outhouse when I responded. That's my current build project and where my head was at.

hahaha, theres too many photos on this thread, every one is confused as to which cabin is the one in question! I believe the first 2 cabin photos in this thread are adirondack siding, jimmyearthly's siding is board and batten, as yes the out house siding is the mythical OSB! haha

Wow, I didn't realize there were so many upstate New Yorkers on this forum. Very cool. Looks like we've got Southern Tier, Western/ Allegheny, Adk/Tug Hill. Very nice. :-)

Yes, Adirondack siding. I didn't want to step on your thread, nyantler, so I didn't respond so quickly. We have the same thing on our place and I've noticed after 10 years that it is curling (cupping?) and pushing nails out left & right. I need to figure out a way to flatten out my boards and reattach them before it gets real bad. I have cedar. May I ask how you installed yours? Nails? Screws?
